Technical training to reduce deviations and ensure quality in the field
The technical training service in coatings and quality control that we perform is designed to standardize work methods, reduce execution deviations, and improve quality consistency in industrial coating projects.
Our programs are structured by role and level of responsibility (application, surface preparation, and supervision), combining technical fundamentals, regulatory criteria, and field practice, with the aim of ensuring that the personnel involved understand what to do, how to do it, and how to verify it.
Technical content focused on real performance:
- Surface preparation: Cleaning grades, anchor profile, soluble contamination control, verification methods, and technical records.
- Coating application with industrial methods: Use of airless equipment, viscosity control, application technique, thickness control (DFT/WFT), and defect prevention.
- Quality control and coating inspection: Evaluation of environmental conditions, thickness measurement, adhesion tests, porosity detection, acceptance criteria, and records.
- Interpretation of technical specifications: Correct reading of specifications, handling of deviations, and management of non-conformities.
- Safety and contractual requirements: HSE best practices applicable to coating works and compliance with local and contractual regulations.
Programs aligned with international standards
The contents are developed according to the scope required by the client and the type of project, considering:
- AMPP / SSPC: Surface preparation and coating inspection.
- ASTM / ISO: Inspection tests (adhesion, DFT, porosity, among others).
- HSE requirements and local/contractual regulations of the project or facility.

- Curriculum grid and course material, including presentations, technical guides, and control formats.
- Theoretical and/or practical learning assessment and certificate of participation.
