How do we manage your SQRC?
At APLIKA CONTROL CORROSIÓN S.A.S., we value the opinion of our clients, partners, and stakeholders. All Requests, Complaints, Claims, Suggestions, and Commendations received are managed in an objective, confidential manner and in accordance with our Integrated Management System, as an input for the continuous improvement of our processes.
Response times
SQRCs will be addressed within the terms established by current Colombian regulations: Requests and inquiries: up to fifteen (15) business days. Complaints and claims: up to fifteen (15) business days. In case additional information is required, the applicant will be contacted in a timely manner.

provided through this form will be treated in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable regulations. The information will be used exclusively for the management, monitoring, and response to the SQRC submitted.
