Laboratory Tests

We carry out tests, analyses and evaluations according to international standards.

• Analysis of failures in the process of application and in service.
• Quality control of liquid paints (density, solids in weight, solids in volume, drying time, among others).
• Physical testing of dry paint film by destructive and non-destructive methods (adhesion, flexibility, impact resistance, hardness and coating thickness).
• Tests and trials of resistance to accelerated corrosion of paint systems: in salt spray chambers, weathering, climate and SO2.
• Paint quality parameters.
• Determination of chlorides in sand.
• Other specific tests.
